Delfin Mocache Massoko, Equatorial Guinea and Spain, is the founder and editor of investigative news outlet Diario Rombe. Since 2012, Diario Rombe has published articles about corruption and money laundering in Equatorial Guinea. In 2022, Diario Rombe led an investigation into GQLeaks, which revealed more than one million emails from the National Center for the Digitalization of Public Administration in Equatorial Guinea.

Mocache has been living in Spain since fleeing his home country in 2004. He has collaborated with ICIJ and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project on multiple projects including the Pandora Papers, Cyprus Confidential and Suisse Secrets.
