Nina Selbo Torset, Norway, is an investigative reporter and data journalist for Aftenposten, the largest daily newspaper in Norway. Her work has included investigations into misuse of government funds, different health issues and how politicians manage their benefits. She is also the chairwoman of SKUP, the Norwegian foundation for investigative reporting.
Torset has been a member of ICIJ since 2016, when she coordinated Aftenposten’s work on the Panama Papers. Since then, Torset has worked on several ICIJ projects, including Paradise Papers, Implant Files, FinCEN Files and Pandora Papers.
She has won several awards for her reporting, among them the most prestigious award for investigative journalism in Norway – the SKUP award – and the Great Journalism Award, also known as the Norwegian Journalist of the Year Award.
