Noël Konan, Côte d'Ivoire, is the publishing director of the new investigation website L'ETAU. As an investigative journalist, he is interested in facts about corruption, fraud and financial secrecy, among others.
He is a member of the Norbert Zongo Unit for Investigative Journalism in West Africa (CENOZO).
Konan has collaborated with the ICIJ on the West Africa Leaks, FinCEN Files, Shadow Diplomats and Pandora Papers investigations. He has been a member of ICIJ since August 2021.
